7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Vehicle
- Prohibited activities include any illegal use of the vehicle. Engaging in racing, off-roading, or other dangerous maneuvers is not allowed. The transport of hazardous materials is strictly forbidden. Sub-letting to third parties or permitting unauthorized drivers is prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. Ensure the vehicle is used for its intended purpose, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries without authorization is not permitted.
Breach of terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
